October 22 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT
Join the PLPA on October 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM EST for a panel-style discussion, Creating Your Brand Through Grassroots Marketing Campaigns, with PLPA Committee Members Wendy Shipley, CPLP, and Sydney Tracy.
No matter the size of your business or the species of your clientele, grassroots marketing campaigns can significantly impact your brand. In this webinar Wendy and Sydney will go over some of the successes and failures of their grassroots marketing campaigns to provide you with insight into what might work for your business. They will discuss the importance of personal relationships with community members, how to get involved with local public services, and what touches they have added to increase brand exposure for their pet loss businesses. Bringing new and exciting ideas to their branding, Wendy and Sydney will discuss how small investments can make a big impact.
Wendy Shipley has her CPLP with the ICCFA, and an extensive background in Business Development, Relationship Marketing, rescue partnerships, and she served as a trained Docent for the Oakland Zoo. She continues to learn the language of the deathcare profession and is utilizing best practices from other members and businesses to help her shape how her team works with grieving pet parents.
Sydney Tracy is the sole owner and operator of Paw Prints on Woodland, a pet cremation facility in the White Mountains of Arizona. Born and raised in Show Low, her roots run as deep as the pine trees grow tall. You can often find her at local markets buying handmade Jewelry from the Apache or Navajo Nations, enjoying the great outdoors, or cheering at rodeos throughout the year.
