Cremation Arranger Training presented by ICCFA

The only training of its kind in the profession! It’s not about running the crematory machine—it’s about helping families make better choices and your company not “losing” families (or revenue). The ICCFA Arranger Certification program is presented by Glenda Stansbury and Poul Lemasters, Esq., two people who have the knowledge and experience to help you understand the arranger side of cremation. This training is focused on the specific skills required for serving the cremation family from the beginning of the relationship until the end.
