Join us on July 20, 2023, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM EDT, for the next presenter in the ICCFA Webinar Series, Chris Cruger, Chief Executive Officer at The Foresight Companies.
There has been quite a bit of noise about the acquisition market over the past several years. All that noise has created a false reality of the current transaction climate. While the market is certainly active, and many high-profile transactions continue to be announced, buyers have become more disciplined as they selectively choose partners that foster growth and provide a strategic advantage.
This presentation will give funeral and cemetery professionals a clear understanding of the current marketplace. Using real financials and empirical data, Chris will give an inside view of the marketplace to allow you to understand all aspects of the succession planning and selling process.
