Join us on February 16, 2023 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM EST for the next presenter in the ICCFA Webinar Series, Tom Krowl, Vice President of Marketing at Cremation Systems.

As we have seen in our industry, cremation rates are increasing. A crematory is now becoming a tool of the trade like embalming for funeral directors. This webinar will help funeral directors and others evaluate the basic economics of owning and operating their own crematory and the steps to accomplishing the goal.

Special emphasis is placed on the planning and zoning of a crematory. Zoning is the most difficult aspect of the project and must be confirmed in writing before investing in cremation. Site evaluation, air permitting, engineering, utility requirements and floorplan designs are academic in nature, zoning can be emotional and stressful.

Adding cremation to your funeral home does not have to be painful if you plan and execute carefully. The benefits of owning your own crematory can generate increased earnings and sales and marketing leverage.
