2020 Lasting Impact Awardee

Bob Boetticher Sr.

Educational Foundation Honors Robert Boetticher Sr.

On Sunday, November 7th, the ICCFA Educational Foundation bestowed the 2020 Lasting Impact Award upon Robert Boetticher Sr. in recognition of his 56 years of diverse and unparalleled educational leadership that has significantly contributed to furthering the professional development of the funeral, cemetery, and cremation profession.

The reception that honored Mr. Boetticher was held in conjunction with the 27th Annual National Museum of Funeral History Charity Golf Classic at the National Museum of Funeral History in Houston, TX. Due to the pandemic and the cancelling of the 2021 ICCFA Annual Convention, the Educational Foundation postponed presenting the award until we were able to gather and honor Mr. Boetticher in person. Fortunately, the opportunity to bring everyone together presented itself and we are thankful to the National Museum of Funeral History and its’ dedicated staff for giving us such a fitting setting to honor their Chairman, Bob Boetticher Sr.

If you were unable to attend in-person, you can watch highlights, view the full reception, and look at photos below:
