Has the deadline for pre-need renewal been extended?

Question: Has the deadline for pre-need renewal been extended? My report is not done and my account is closing for 2 weeks to comply with the Stay at Home Order issued for Osceola and Orange counties in Florida.

Answer: Each state is handling licensing issues differently. ICCFA is following these updates and posting them on the State Orders section of our COVID-19 resource pages. We anticipate that many states will be updating filing requirements, as well as other operational aspects that are state regulated.
