During this insightful presentation, Phil will share his thoughts on the importance of creating intentional and meaningful connections during the Pre-Need and At-Need Marketing process. Attendees will be given the tools for creating relationships and learn that this can be what makes or breaks a successful and lasting connection with clients. A deathcare professional for over 20 years, Phil feels that customer service is a big part of his professional background and has had a variety of experiences in Pre-Arranged and Immediate Need Funeral and Cemetery Services including burial and cremation services.

Phil is the Director of Operations for the Parklawn Corporation and oversees the Kansas City market which consists of four funeral homes, three cemeteries, a central care center and pre-need sales team. His uniquely balanced career gives him a perspective, appreciation and understanding of small, medium and large businesses. Phil’s career in funeral service began in 1998 making video biographies. He learned best in class service through experiences in Pre-Need and At-Need Funeral, Cemetery and Pet Services. He is a Certified Celebrant, a 2018, graduate of the ICCFA University, and Secretary of the Associated Cemeteries of Missouri.
