Gia Kondakor joined the McAlister-Smith family in 2022 and brings compassion and understanding to families navigating pet loss. A licensed Veterinary Technician with five years of experience in large and small animal medicine, she also serves on the board of the Pet Loss Professionals Alliance. 

Tony Armogida has worked in the deathcare profession for over a decade, building expertise in pre-need and operations through multiple roles at Global Atlantic. He is committed to advancing the profession with innovation, collaboration, and a passion for helping others grow. 

Andrew Parsell is Vice President of Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium and Parsell Pet Crematorium, serving families across Delaware. He is past President of the Delaware Funeral Directors Association, serves on the Certification Committee for the Pet Loss Professionals Alliance, and is Secretary of the Delaware State Board of Funeral Services.
