Join us on January 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET for Email Attacks: Phishing Risks for Cemetery Operations, an ICCFA Webinar led by Lars Brachlow, Director of Infrastructure Services at Park Lawn Corporation, and Calvin Witcher, Vice President of Information Technology at Inglewood Park Cemetery.

Email scams are now one of the biggest threats to cemeteries, funeral homes, and the families you serve. In this session, Calvin and Lars will explain in clear, everyday language how phishing emails, fake invoices, and fraudulent requests trick staff into sending money, sharing information, or clicking harmful links. You’ll see what happens behind the scenes when someone falls for a scam and why the first 30 minutes matter most. They’ll also break down the difference between data security and data privacy—and why both are critical for deathcare operations.

Attendees will leave with simple, practical steps to protect their organization, their staff, and the families who trust them.
