Join the ICCFA Women in Leadership Committee for the first LeadHERship Talk, an interactive session designed to bring women in the profession together for learning, conversation and connection.

Jamie H. Cotel, JD, MBA, will share practical strategies for communicating with confidence, making sure your ideas are heard, increasing visibility and building stronger professional relationships. Following her presentation, Jamie will lead an open discussion where attendees can share experiences, ask questions and learn from one another.

Attendees will leave with practical tools to strengthen their influence and lead with greater confidence and impact.

Jamie H. Cotel, JD, MBA, is CEO of the Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts (JCAM), where she oversees more than 120 cemeteries across Massachusetts. With a background in law and business, she brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, governance, operations and community engagement.

Jamie is an advocate for ethical leadership, professional development and women supporting women. She serves on ICCFA’s Legislative Committee and Women in Leadership Committee and is an ICCFA University alumna.
