He is past President of the Delaware Funeral Directors Association, serves on the Certification Committee for the Pet Loss Professionals Alliance, and is Secretary of the Delaware State Board of Funeral Services. 

Nicki Wiedeman brings 34 years of experience in the deathcare profession, including the past eight years with Dead Ringers. Her expertise spans preneed insurance sales, customer service, call center management, sales training, and strategic business consulting. She is passionate about helping deathcare professionals strengthen their phone skills and create meaningful connections with families from the very first call.
