Andrew Parsell is Vice President of Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium and Parsell Pet Crematorium, with five locations serving Delaware. A 2008 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, he was born and raised in Lewes, DE, and remains active in his community through local organizations and his church. 

He is a past president of the Delaware Funeral Directors Association, a former member of the Compassionate Care Hospice Advisory Committee, and currently serves on the PLPA Certification Committee and the Delaware State Board of Funeral Services, where he is Board Secretary. 

Gia Kondakor has been passionate about animals her entire life. Since joining the McAlister-Smith family in 2022, her compassionate nature and deep love for animals have helped her guide families through their grief with empathy and understanding. 

To further her commitment to the pet loss profession, Gia serves on the board of the Pet Loss Professionals Alliance. She holds an Associate of Science degree from St. Petersburg College and is a licensed Veterinary Technician with five years of experience in both large and small animal veterinary medicine. 

Outside of work, Gia enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Kahlua and Dixon, and her horse, Baby.
