Register Your Booth Personnel

All exhibitors receive three complimentary registrations (per 10×10 booth space) for booth personnel. You will be able to register those persons and purchase additional booth personnel registrations using the link below.

Exhibit Hall Hours

This year’s convention will have 16-hours of exhibiting time to ensure that you will have every buyer’s undivided attention. The Expo Hall is located in the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Bayside Halls A + B, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Hotel Accommodations

The 2025 ICCFA Experience takes place entirely at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, making it the most convenient place to stay. By booking at Mandalay Bay, you’ll be just steps away from all event sessions, networking opportunities, and the Expo Hall.  Enjoy world-class dining, a 30,000-square-foot spa, unique shopping, and the Shark Reef Aquarium, home to over 2,000 marine animals.

Please note the the blocks at Mandalay Bay and W Las Vegas are currently sold out. Nearby hotels include:

  • Luxor Hotel & Casino start at $96 a night (does not include taxes/resort fees). This property is connected through walkways to Mandalay Bay Hotel.

Offer Your Clients FREE Day Passes to Visit Your Booth in Vegas!

You can offer FREE expo hall day passes to 10 of your clients to visit your booth at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino! This is a great way to connect with potential customers, showcase your products and services, and build lasting relationships.

  • Each exhibitor can offer up to 10 free individual Expo Hall day passes.
  • Each person must register themselves with the special promo code upon checkout.
  • Passes must be claimed online by April 23, 2025.
  • Additional expo hall day passes are $350 each.
  • On-site registration requires purchasing a full-priced pass—free passes cannot be claimed at the event.

The ICCFA does not work with any third-party companies for hotel bookings, attendee lists, booth payments, or special discounts. We’ve been made aware that fraudulent companies are contacting attendees with misleading offers.

Stay Safe – Avoid Scams!

  • Do not book hotels, buy attendee lists, or register through unauthorized sources.
  • These companies are not affiliated with ICCFA and may lead to overpayment, lost reservations, or stolen personal information.
  • Always use the official ICCFA website to book your hotel and register securely.

  • Please check your spam/junk email folders for Sharon’s email to you that has the secure link to the Fern Expo Exhibitor Service Portal, ONE VIEW. If you do not see her email, then you must reach out to her and ask her to resend it to you. The ICCFA cannot generate this secure link. This link will allow you to order your carpet, tables, chairs, furniture, labor, electricity, internet, shipping & freight, etc. for your booth space. The early bird deadline date is April 8, 2025. 

Go to users.iccfa.com and log in with your email and password. Once logged in, register your booth personnel under your company listing.

The primary contact for your company can add team members. If you need help, email ICCFA Meetings Coordinator, Erica Baker, at erica@iccfa.com with the new contact’s name, phone number, and email.

  • 10×10 booth: 3 free badges
  • 20×20 booth (or four 10×10 spaces): 12 free badges

Expo Hall access and complimentary food & drinks during expo hours are included with exhibitor badges.
