CREMATION ARRANGER / Tuesday, December 12 / 9:00 – 5:00 pm CST
Cremation is not a bad thing – but cremation is a different thing. You may know how to make arrangements, but do you know how to work with a cremation family? If you think the families that are choosing cremation are the same as all your families, you are wrong! Cremation Arranger training is designed to give you new tools to better understand the families choosing cremation. Learn the basics of cremation, so you can explain it to your families. Know how to deal with families that ’think’ they don’t want a service. Learn how to work with families that don’t want the typical religious service. Learn how to interpret your demographics; generational differences; and how it applies to cremation. Understand that there is more to pricing then being the lowest and how to compete with the lowest. Experience actual first calls from cremation shoppers, and learn what you should and shouldn’t be saying. And of course, find out how the potential liabilities can actually be used to help in the arrangement process. Overall- this program will make you better at what you already do. UP to 7.5 hours CEU credit approval pending*
