That means 2/3 of employees are not passionate about their work. It is estimated that the deficit in employee engagement costs US employers $500 billion per year. Job hiring sites like Monster and Indeed estimate that 95% of workers are looking for a new job. Additionally\, 45% of employees have side hustles to earn more money or fulfill other interests.   \nIt’s no secret that employee engagement increases retention and performance\, but how do you increase engagement? It is critical that you understand how each employee’s overall well-being is critical to your success and how this is very different from the outdated concept of work-life balance. In this webinar\, Lori will present the concept of overall employee well-being and a plan for developing an employee engagement strategy. \nLori brings over 20 years of expertise in cemetery and funeral home management\, along with a focus on technology solutions in the deathcare field.
