A deathcare professional for over 20 years\, Phil feels that customer service is a big part of his professional background and has had a variety of experiences in Pre-Arranged and Immediate Need Funeral and Cemetery Services including burial and cremation services. \nPhil is the Director of Operations for the Parklawn Corporation and oversees the Kansas City market which consists of four funeral homes\, three cemeteries\, a central care center and pre-need sales team. His uniquely balanced career gives him a perspective\, appreciation and understanding of small\, medium and large businesses. Phil’s career in funeral service began in 1998 making video biographies. He learned best in class service through experiences in Pre-Need and At-Need Funeral\, Cemetery and Pet Services.
