Cemetery Sales Manager (Buffalo, NY)
We are seeking a leader to grow and manage a sales team for a historic cemetery and several related properties in the Buffalo, NY area. This beautiful cemetery has served residents of western New York for more than 170 years. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of cemetery sales experience as well as experience managing a cemetery sales team. Preferred experience would include recruiting, hiring, training and managing a diverse sales team across multiple properties, a high degree of comfort using technology to manage the sales pipeline, and a history of providing reporting to stakeholders within the organization.
This position will have a base salary along with incentive-based compensation and health care benefits. And you will be fully supported by the management and existing sales team as you drive growth and family satisfaction.
